L4C Digital and Creations(“we”, “us”) operates this website and the NFC digital card platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry: your name, your contact details (phone, email, or social handle), your business name if you give one, and your message.
When you place an order: your name, contact details, email if provided, the items and quantity requested, the quoted amount, and any notes you add.
When you create an account: your email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in readable form.
For your digital card profile: the name, role, photo, and links you choose to publish. Anything you add to a card profile is intentionally public — that is what the card is for.
What we do with it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, fulfil orders, and operate your digital card. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else can see it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site: a database and authentication host, an email delivery service, and a web hosting provider. They process your data only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and order records for as long as we need them for our business records and any legal obligations. Card profiles stay until you or we delete the card.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email us and we will action it.
