Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website, order a product, or engage L4C Digital and Creations for creative or development work.
Quotes and orders
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not binding offers. Submitting an inquiry or order request starts a conversation — work begins once we have confirmed scope and price with you in writing.
Payment
Unless we agree otherwise, project work is invoiced with a deposit before we start and the balance on delivery. Recurring services such as social media management and care plans are billed monthly in advance.
Revisions and delivery
Each package states the number of revision rounds included. Additional rounds, or changes that expand the agreed scope, are quoted separately. Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback promptly.
Ownership of work
On full payment, the final approved deliverables are yours. Working files, unused concepts, and any third-party assets we licence on your behalf remain subject to their own terms. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Physical products and NFC cards
Cards and standees are made to order, so they cannot be returned once produced. If an item arrives faulty or does not match what you ordered, tell us within seven days and we will replace it. The digital profile linked to a card keeps working as long as your account is active.
Your content
You are responsible for having the right to use any logo, photo, text, or other material you give us. Do not publish anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing through a profile hosted by us. We may suspend a profile that does.
Availability
We work to keep this site and the card platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features as the product develops.
Limits
Our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We are based in Davao City, Philippines.
